A clean and supple Primitivo; with plenty of ripe dark fruit flavour and grippy tannins. Well-balanced, with purity and good length on the palate, very ripe and intense nose; ripe blackberry and plum, a hint of smoke combined with spicy notes of tobacco and leather.

Pairs well with game, roasted and grilled meats, casseroles and well-matured cheeses.
