At slightly higher service temperatures, the nose can feel every velvety note of yeast, fresh wild fruit, among which the sloe persists, and sweet honey.

A series of flavours and aromas surprise our senses: the velvety feeling given by the yeast in suspension, the same that ferment this beer for at least nine months; the freshness and the acidity of the wild fruits harmonized with the sweetness coming from the honey and the malt.

Bitterness is practically absent and has an elegant, smooth, dry end.
