Warm yet gently soft and harmonious, a wine in which the tannin is effectively controlled, the acidity is balanced and is especially fresh and fragrant. Fairly full-bodied, very intense and persistent finish. Pairs well with rich baked pasta dishes, roasts and matured cheese.
