It represents, at best, the characteristics of pure Verdeca, distinguished by its inebriant fruitiness combined with bubbles, a pleasant companion suited for all courses.

It is named after “Isotteo”, a work by Gabriele D’Annunzio that celebrates classicism in modern times and includes the poem “Il dolce grappolo” (“The sweet bunch”).
