It is produced by distilling the must of the Žilavka and Ben varieties. Distillation is exclusively done in traditional brandy stills.
All streams are carefully separated during the distillation process to obtain a unique taste that adorns an authentic traditional vineyard. The full taste of Lozovac is achieved after five years of aging in stainless steel tanks.
